We offer refunds for items returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment that was used during the original transaction. Please note that all returned items must meet our return conditions to be eligible for a full refund.
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package. This will allow us to investigate the issue quickly and provide the best resolution possible, whether it's a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a full refund or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:
The return request is made and the items are shipped back to us within 30 days from the date of original purchase.
All items must be unworn, unused, and in new condition.
The original manufacturer’s packaging (including tags, bags, or boxes) must be intact and undamaged.
The package must include all original contents, such as instruction manuals, accessories, or promotional gifts (if any).
A Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be obtained before sending the item back, and it must be clearly marked on the outside of the return shipping box.
If the above conditions are not fully met, Sunshinecreole reserves the right to:
Refuse the return, or Charge a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
How to Request a Return
Before sending any item back, please contact our customer service team via email at sale@sunshinecreole.com to request a Return Authorization Number. This number is required to process your return and must be clearly labeled on the outside of your return package.
We’ll guide you through the return process and provide any additional instructions you may need.
Pre-Shipment Confirmation
To ensure your satisfaction, we are happy to provide photos of the completed product(s) before shipping your order. This gives you an opportunity to confirm that everything is correct and meets your expectations before it leaves our warehouse.
